We flew home on KAL because they don`t have genocidal pilots - as opposed to @united whom I was ticketed with until finding out - they quietly reinstated a pilot Ibrahim Mossallam : who`s constructively be a Hamas associate - based on his deleted Facebook and other pages - which got him suspended back in 2023 when he was celebrating the Hamas desert slaughter of dancing children. He`s more than just an avid Hamas supporter - which should be enough to disqualify someone from flying jet liners full of people and petrol over cities full of more people. He appeared to be in pictures among them.
That`s how they respond to the Dubai incident of last week ? The mall of America terrorist plot just stopped and disclosed an hour ago ? Really @united did you think you`re 30-year gold Plus loyal customers like myself wouldn`t notice this or would notice and not care ?
@saudi_airlines and @emirates would NEVER continue with a pilot who publicly expressed and revealed himself to be frightening. No need for name calling but it`s terrifying.
A wise friend reminded me today not to let JewHate-doomscrolling waste too much time that`s better spent BEING Jewish, instead of just defending it.
By "being" I don`t just mean prayer and ritual per se. Rather, building community, caring for the elderly, the sick ,the poor , the lonely - and the especially unfortunate, "all of the above".
That whole "chosen people" thing is NOT about being special or better than any other faith or group. The ONLY meaning of `chosen` in that context, is "Chosen to do the WORK. Chosen to honor and follow all of the commmandments of G-d. Chosen to help all those above-mentioned groups.
special thanks to @karininghent ✨ for the privilege of being able to endow and name the sanctuary at @chabadofcolumbiacounty This was all her doing, I`m just her wingman on this one.
Our father Siggi used to beam with such pride and joy - writing big fat income tax checks. Unwavering appreciation to America for saving him from Auschwitz , and saving the world.
My brother and I had a love for country instilled in us from birth and we`re proud to support Veterans [* remember : no veterans , no America ] and law enforcement and first responders who keep us safe here, at home.
Seeing people of EVERY AGE , unashamed , unapologetic, and unequivocal in their American Pride is inspiring , fantastic. No country is perfect - nothing in real life is perfect - but that should never interfere with the celebration of greatness , and continual evolution.
